Patients with Lymphedema, and other severe circulatory conditions typically require custom measurements for compression garments to fit properly.
With almost two decades of experience measuring for compression garments, let OnPoint Medical be your trusted partner to deliver the right products with the perfect fit; guaranteed.
Servicing all of Utah, and other nearby markets. We can come to you!
Proper fit is crucial for patient compliance. When a compression garment doesn't fit correctly, patients will likely stop wearing it, and digress in their treatment process.
We guarantee patient satisfaction. Whether that is with the garments overall fit, or effectiveness, we will find the right solution to meet the patients individual needs, and personal lifestyle.
We are contracted with most major commercial insurance providers, including SelectHealth (UT, ID, NV), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and more. We also bill Medicare and are proud to be a trusted resource for patients navigating the 2024 Lymphedema Treatment Act (LTA).
To help ease the financial burden, we offer flexible payment options for all copays—making it easier for patients to access the care they need without added stress.
We also specialize in working with orthopedic surgeons and clinicians on post-operative solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce the risk of complications after surgery. Products designed to treat post-op edema, pain management, and DVT prevention.

Designed for patients who need firm, reliable support, medi’s flat-knitted medical compression garments offer a custom-fit with exceptional wall stability. Unlike circular knit, flat-knit material is less elastic, helping it maintain consistent compression and support lymphatic drainage more effectively. Its unique structure also reduces the risk of the garment settling into skin folds, ensuring both comfort and the right therapeutic pressure where it's needed most.
Circular-knitted compression garments are the go-to choice for managing venous conditions and are commonly used for ready-to-wear arm sleeves and gloves in lymphedema care. Their seamless, elastic design provides comfort and daily support—but may not be ideal for limbs with significant shape variations. In such cases, flat-knit garments and/or inelastic wraps may be recommended. As always, we're here to offer support in deciding the best products and materials for each individual.

We are contracted with most major commercial payers to bill DMEPOS (durable medical equipment, orthotics, prosthetics), as well government programs such as Medicare, and Medicaid.
The best thing to do is send us the patient's information (i.e. Rx, SWO, medical notes, insurance information) and we will verify benefits, and tell you what your options are. In 85-90% of cases, we are able to bill most patient's insurance.
If we don't have the contract you need, we also work with other providers that might be in network. In the event that we can't, we'll help you find the best source to get the products you need.
If we have everything we need to verify benefits, we can typically get an answer from most payers within an hour or two. At most, we always strive to verify coverage within 24 hours of receiving the patients (complete) information.
If there are any delays, or more information is needed, someone from our team will contact you immediately to verify benefits as quickly as possible.
Our billing partner accepts all major credit cards. We require a standard credit card authorization form to be filled out and signed to approve payment(s). This will be sent to you once we verify benefits and calculate any out-of-pocket expenses. We also offer short-term financing options with 0% interest for those who need financial assistance.
Yes. As long as the card is issued by Visa, Mastercard, we can take it. It will be treated like a credit/debit card as mentioned above.
Currently we service all of Utah, and certain areas in Southern Idaho. If you need help outside of these markets, we will happily arrange a visit if it makes sense with our teams schedule and workflow.
Give us a call or shoot us an email. If we can't help you, we will find the right source in your area to get the service you need.
We proudly use medi products—including mediven®, medi®, and circaid®—because they consistently deliver top-tier quality and outcomes. That said, we understand that some patients and providers may prefer other brands.
We have access to most major compression and medical garment brands and are happy to order whatever you need.
If you're open to exploring alternatives, we’re also here to educate you on comparable medi or circaid options that may offer enhanced benefits. We’re happy to s samples and discuss the pros and cons, so you can make the best choice for your needs.
As always, your satisfaction—and your patients'—is our top priority.
